5th Grade Transition Milestone

In 5th grade, we celebrate the bridge from childhood to youth. This milestone honors the unique season our preteens are in—no longer little kids, but not quite teens. It’s a time of change, curiosity, and deepening identity. We recognize this important step by helping 5th graders feel seen and supported as they prepare to enter middle school and transition into Saint Matt’s Youth.
