The third grade JYC teaches old-testament Bible lessons. The lessons are
taught from the Bible (Bibles are provided for each child). Prior lessons are
reviewed via games such as Pictionary, hangman, and Hollywood squares. The
children are encouraged to learn the old testament books of the Bible. These are
reinforced by games such as Bible freeze tag, Bible bean bag toss, and Bible
relay races. Additionally the children are encouraged to share their prayer
requests and to pray for each other. Quotes from Members of JYC:
